Playground Play Date

Today, Nicholas and his girlfriend, Marley, tried out the infant swings at the
Peterboro Playground. Marley loved it, Nicholas was a little skeptical at first (as he always is with new things and people) but minutes later he was laughing and smiling!

Nicholas' first experience with carrots

Nicholas started eating rice cereal a few days after his 5 month birthday. We tried it around 4 months, but he just wasn't ready. Now he absolutely loves it and opens his mouth nice and wide! Tonight we added carrots to it. Boy did he find his first veggie experience extra delicious!

Check out this video after his meal is over...is he saying dada? It happens to be his favorite syllables, but Chris thinks he knows what he is saying. Although I don't agree, I have to admit I'm a bit jealous!

Baptism Photos

We are blessed to have such a beautiful baby boy! What a wonderful weekend, thanks to everyone who shared in Nicholas' special day!

Trying It Out...

Since Chris and I live so far away from family and friends I thought this site would be a good way to keep everyone updated on Nicholas. I can hardly believe he is already over 5 months old. Time goes by so quickly, and it has already been such an incredible journey. Chris and I were just looking at his newborn photos the other day and we realized just how much he has already changed! June has been a busy month between his baptism and our first beach vacation down at the Jersey shore. I will post pictures of both shortly!
