Sophia's Hearth Playgroup

Nicholas and I have been coming to this playgroup since he was 4 1/2 months old. We have made some good friends along the way and we get so much comfort from the facilitator, Nancy. It has been great support for me and I think that Nancy has taught me about patience and confidence as a mother most of all, along with so many other things. We sing, have snack time, lots of play, discussion and silent observation among parents. When Nicholas and the others were really young, instead of snack time for them, the mothers were greeted with hot tea each week. I do hope to find another program like this the next spot we land!

Peek-a-boo!

"Yay, look at me, I'm climbing!"

Snack time!

"Waiting for my banana!"

"I love Hayden's hair!"

"I need a little rest from all of this hard work!"

"I'm so strong!"

"Look what I have!"

"I am sooo tired, I couldn't even stay awake when Mom took me out to lunch afterwards!"
